On November 16th, CWI held its 2017 Annual Meeting and Employee Recognition Breakfast at the Six Flags Great Escape Lodge in Queensbury, NY.  Nearly 200 people attended this event and more than 75 employees were recognized for 35, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5, and 3 years of service.  Pictured above are the CWI employees who were recognized for 25-35 years of service with a local dignitary l-r:  Byron Wood (CWI Direct Support Professional 35 years), Kim Flint (CWI Accounting Department 30 years), Assemblyman Dan Stec, Don Smith (Production Coach 25 years).  Assemblyman Stec presented Years of Service Citation Awards to each of the employees being recognized.  Absent from photo: Cynthia Johnson (CWI QIDP 35 years).

Also, a Community Partner Recognition Award was presented to Cumberland Farms Store #1504  and Family Services Association of Glens Falls, Inc (both pictured below) for supporting the needs of the people we support and/or exemplifying extraordinary community service.

This year, Antoinette Pierce received our Enriching Lives Recognition Award for volunteering at CWI since 2010.  Antoinette started volunteering with CWI through a Senior Companions program.  She is well liked by all of the individuals at Glenwood and does so many things that are very much appreciated by the program.  Pictured below l-r:  Deb Hersey (CWI Day Services Manager), Antoinette Pierce and Mark Donahue (President/CEO CWI)
