Just-A-Buck Nominated for Rookie Business of the Year 2017

June 7th at Hiland Park, the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce held their 27th annual Business of the Year Awards ceremony. Just-A-Buck was one of four businesses nominated for Rookie Business of the year. All nominations are a recognition of achievement in business, commitment to the community and contributions to the region’s quality of life. Also nominated in this category for 2017 was MinkyMink, Jonathan Reid and Square Nail Rustics. While we didn’t win this year (congratulations MinkyMink) we are proud to have been nominated!

Winners in other categories included: Professional Business of the Year -Keena Staffing; Small Business of the Year – Talk of the Town/The Bullpen; Nonprofit of the Year – Luzerne Music Center; Large Business of the Year – Morcon, Inc.; Independent Business of the Year – BJS Artworks Framing Center. The Chamber recognized the Lake George Steamboat Company as the Distinguished Business of the Year.
