Applied Behavior Specialist 20hr

  • Addition Details: RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities who participate in CWI Inc. day programs as well as residences. Many individuals in addition to developmental delays, present with co-occurring Psychiatric disorders. Responsibilities include development of behavioral interventions and plans which include a functional behavioral assessment as well as specific plans for intervention. Behavior Specialists provide crisis intervention and short term therapy. In addition Behavioral Specialists work with direct care staff and families, consult with management, and interface with other agencies as well as Psychiatric providers. Ph.D. level clinical supervision is available. Position may be eligible for Federal Loan Forgiveness Program (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Chief Financial Officer

  • Position Concept: Executive level position responsible for managing and controlling all aspects of the financial, accounting and operational functions of the organization.   • Position Qualifications: Demonstrated progressive experience in a not-for-profit environment, BS in Accounting or Business Administration required, CPA or MBA preferred. Detail oriented, good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands on environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Previous management experience of operational and facilities oversight preferred.

Residential Direct Support Professional- Whispering Pines/Regency Supported; 20 hours/week; Base Pay rate $14.85/hour & health insurance
