Associate Residential Manager 40/hrs a week various IRA’s

  • Employment Type: Regular Benefited 40hrs
  • Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 12p-10p. This position requires flexibility, and on the ARM will be on call when on shift.

  • Position Concept: The Associate Residential Manager position will have oversight responsibilities, including assistance with staff coverage/scheduling, DSP training and supervision, and assistance with medical appointments. The Associate Manager will have On-Call responsibilities and will be responsible for ensuring individuals receive quality care via the planning, and delivery of individual services.
  • Position Qualifications: : The minimum qualifications will be a High School Diploma with 4 years’ experience working with the developmentally disabled population, one year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity. Preferred is a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service or related field/and two years of experience working with the developmentally disabled population, one year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity. Must be capable of handling all position responsibilities outlined in the job description, including leadership role, scheduling, problem solving, direct care, and accountability for quality service provisions. Must also have acceptable driving record.

Speech Language Pathologist

  • Position Concept: The (SLP) provides assessment, treatment, counseling and rehabilitation of individuals for maximum retention or enhancement of expressive and receptive language skills and eating skills.
  • Position Qualifications: The SLP shall have a Masters Degree and required certification. In addition, the SLP will have at least one (1) year’s post degree experience, preferred to be in a human service setting serving persons with developmental disabilities.
