CWI’s community-based residences for people with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities fosters a stable environment where each individual can experience independence. The Associate Residential Managers help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills. We are hiring across Warren and Washington County. Various schedules and shifts are currently available, including days, evenings, and overnights.

POSITION CONCEPT: The Associate Residential Manager position will have oversight responsibilities, including assistance with staff coverage/scheduling, DSP training and supervision, and assistance with medical appointments. The Associate Manager will have On-Call responsibilities and will be responsible for ensuring individuals receive quality care via the planning, and delivery of individual services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The minimum qualifications will be a High School Diploma with 2 Years’ experience working with the people with intellectual/developmental disabilities., Must be capable of handling all position responsibilities outlined in the job description, including leadership role, scheduling, problem solving, direct care, and accountability for quality service provisions. Must also have acceptable driving record.
