  • Position Concept: The Applied Behavioral Specialist will be responsible for overseeing programming for all service modules, responsible for charting and recording progress of assigned program participants, and writing behavioral programs for each participant.
  • Position Qualifications: A person with a Master’s Degree in a field of psychology from an accredited program and who has specialized training or one (1) year experience in treating or working with persons who have developmental disabilities or a person who is currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree program in the relevant area of study with a tentative graduation date determined.
  • Addition Details: RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities who participate in CWI Inc. day programs as well as residences. Many individuals in addition to developmental delays, present with co-occurring Psychiatric disorders. Responsibilities include development of behavioral interventions and plans which include a functional behavioral assessment as well as specific plans for intervention. Behavior Specialists provide crisis intervention and short term therapy. In addition Behavioral Specialists work with direct care staff and families, consult with management, and interface with other agencies as well as Psychiatric providers. Ph.D. level clinical supervision is available. Position may be eligible for Federal Loan Forgiveness Program (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

  • Position Concept: The Associate Residential Manager position will have oversight responsibilities, including assistance with staff coverage/scheduling, DSP training and supervision, and assistance with medical appointments. Saturday Club Recreation Leader – $16.18 PER HOUR

  • Schedule: 1 Saturday per month plus some administrative duties

  • Position Concept: Design and implement social/recreational activities for the Saturday Club, including day/evening trips, in-house projects and recreational events.
