GLENS FALLS, NY (June 17, 2014): Community, Work & Independence, Inc. (CWI), recently moved their Schroon River Day Habilitation Program from 99 River Street to 87 River Street, Warrensburg, NY. The new 4,000 square foot facility features an improved environment for the safety and well-being of the aging population served there, including additional rest rooms with electronic lift systems and functional green space with a fenced in yard. There are currently 31 individuals with disabilities served at this site who all reside within a 30 mile radius of the location. The community is invited to tour the new facility during an Open House scheduled for Wednesday, June 25, 2014 from 3:30-5:00 PM.
